This includes repairs on the spot and/or repairs that require a WO. This position is responsible for being in compliance with all employee safely, food safety, facility audits, and GMP requirements at all times./span/p p style="background:#E0E0E0;"strongspan style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Georgia, serif;color:#000000;"Duties and responsibilities/span/strong/p ul lispan style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Georgia, serif;"Performs regular maintenance service/duties (PMs) as scheduled by the Maintenance Manager /span/li lispan style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Georgia, serif;"Maintains manufacturing assets and facility as assigned (lube, monitoring, filter checks)/span/li lispan style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Georgia, serif;"Supports training and continuous development for personnel /span/li lispan style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Georgia, serif;"Report outs during shift and end of day, on maintenance work accomplished/span/li lispan style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Georgia, serif;"Follows all food safety guidelines and protocols while servicing equipment/span/li lispan style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Georgia, serif;"Model the Company's Safety Culture and always strive for 100% Safety compliance/span/li lispan style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Georgia, serif;"Must be willing to work a flexible schedule: other shifts, weekends, holidays as required/span/li /ul p style="background:#E0E0E0;"strongspan style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Georgia, serif;color:#000000;"Qualifications/span/strong/p ul lispan style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Georgia, serif;"Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a Maintenance tech position and activities /span/li lispan style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Georgia, serif;"Must be able to read English and follow equipment manual instructions /span/li lispan style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Georgia, serif;"Must possess knowledge of a specific skill set: HVAC, Electrical, Machining, welding, etc./span/li lispan style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Georgia, serif;"Must be able to perform diagnostics on controls amp; settings, measuring tools, internal amp; external machine diagnostics, perform replacement of components (pumps, bearings, controls, valves, etc.), able to order spare parts as needed /span/li lispan style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Georgia, serif;"Prior experience in the Food Industry, a plus /span/li lispan style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Georgia, serif;"OSHA 10-Hour General Industry Outreach Training, preferred (not required)/span/li /ul p style="background:#E0E0E0;"strongspan style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Georgia, serif;color:#000000;"Experience/span/strong/p ul lispan style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Georgia, serif;"Excellent communication skills, and respectful of others /span/li lispan style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Georgia, serif;"Organized, detail orientated, and a can-do, hands-on work ethic/span/li lispan style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Georgia, serif;"Proficient computer skills with EXCEL, WORD;
