This position ensures the successful delivery of person-centered services and simultaneously oversees critical employee relations functions, maintaining a productive and positive working environment. lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;Key Responsibilitieslt;/divgt;lt;divgt;Program Coordination, Evaluation, and Oversightlt;/divgt;lt;divgt;-    Coordinate and evaluate individual service delivery, ensuring the effectiveness of services provided as outlined in the person#39;s coordinated service and support plan.lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;-    Provide oversight, supervision, and support to direct support staff, including evaluating the program#39;s quality and effectiveness in achieving service outcomes.lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;-   Ensure compliance with section 245D.07 in facilitating service outcomes and taking necessary actions to accomplish client goals.lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;-   Train and guide staff in implementing service plans, with direct observation of service delivery to assess staff competency.lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;-   Use data systems to measure service effectiveness and provide ongoing program improvement recommendations.lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;-   Ensure that the designated coordinator meets educational, training, and experience requirements relevant to the primary disabilities of persons served by the program.lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;-  Verify and document competence as required by section 245D.09, subdivision 3.lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;Employee Relationslt;/divgt;lt;divgt;-    Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including filtering applications, conducting interviews, and hiring employees.lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;-     Oversee employee performance and activities, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;-   Develop and conduct training programs for staff, including orientation for new hires and ongoing professional development.lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;-  Address employee complaints, concerns, and disputes, and investigate workplace situations.lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;-  Improve HR policies to enhance team relationships and foster a supportive work environment.lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;-   Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies, as well as maintaining knowledge of Home Care-specific labor legislation.lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;-   Collaborate with other leaders in the organization to continuously improve employee engagement and retention efforts.lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;Qualificationslt;/divgt;lt;divgt;-  Program Coordination:lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;-   A bachelor#39;s degree in a field related to human services and one year of full-time experience providing direct care to persons with disabilities or elderly individuals; ORlt;/divgt;lt;divgt;-   An associate degree in a field related to human services and two years of full-time experience providing direct care; ORlt;/divgt;lt;divgt;-   A diploma in a related field from an accredited postsecondary institution with three years of full-time experience; ORlt;/divgt;lt;divgt;-  A minimum of 50 hours of education related to human services and disabilities, with four years of full-time experience providing direct care under appropriate supervision.lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;-  Employee Relations:lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;-  Proven experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist.lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;-  Strong understanding of labor laws, particularly within the Home Care industry.lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;-  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;-  Strong problem-solving and team management skills.lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;lt;brgt;lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;This role is integral to ensuring the success of both our clients and employees, promoting a supportive environment that fosters quality service delivery and a thriving workplace culture.lt;/divgt; lt;/divgt; lt;pgt;Flexible work from home options available.lt;/pgt;
