The Segment Head Coach contributes to the overall success of Team Palisades Tahoe in accordance with the Mission and Vision as measured by the quality of the athlete and employee experience, retention, athlete success, and parent satisfaction. This position works directly with a department or Age Class Manager./pp/ppiApplicants must be 18 years of age. /i/pp/ppThe base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC’s hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC’s total compensation package for employees. Work with Manager and other Head Coaches to develop annual training plan. Pursues and maintains coaching certifications while engaging in continuous professional development./liliEnsure individual athlete management programs are in place and overseen./liliBe knowledgeable and stay informed on industry trends and competition and seek feedback from athletes, parents, staff and company personnel on quality of products and services./liliBe fully aware of and support the mission, vision and goals of all aspects of our program, including Alterra./liliKnowledge and execution of Department Operating Plan and Guest Experience System/liliMaintain a regular on-hill presence with direct involvement with daily programming and plans, working directly with Manager./liliParticipate in all staff training and meetings as required Assist in the management of, and hold coaches (and self) accountable to:/liliTime amp; Attendance Standards/liliTeam and company spanmission/vision/values/span and policies/liliPerformance spanmanagement/performance/span reviews/liliTeam expectations for athletic advancement/liliUse of company approved tools/liliParticipation in all required meetings and trainings/li/ulp/ppbCompetencies and Job Requirements: /b/pulliProfessionalism: Punctual, reliable and displays proper appearance in accordance with company guidelines.
