Assists students with special needs in the daily routines; wheelchair bound students, pre-school age students. Completes job essential training classes when offered. Assists driver and other staff in emergency evacuation drills in keeping with division regulations and instructs riders regarding being responsible passengers. Completes and maintains certification for Standard First Aid/CPR equivalent to the American Red Cross Standards. Has reliable transportation to meet driver at designated areas. Assists in performing housekeeping duties inside and outside of the vehicle and reports mechanical defects to garage staff and/or supervisor. Administers disciplinary procedures in keeping with school board policies and administrative regulations. Manages emergency situations as they occur and enforces rules of conduct/standards for acceptable behavior./p pnbsp;/p
