Your role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders to help clients achieve their communication goals.This position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clientsrsquo; communication and daily functioning in their own homes./p pstrongKey Responsibilities:/strongbr / strongAssessment and Diagnosis: /strongConduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in clients./p pstrongIntervention Development: /strongDesign, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices to address clients#39; specific needs./p pstrongConsultation Services: /strongProvide expert consultation to clients, support to caregivers, and educators./p pstrongProgress Monitoring:/strong Regularly assess and document clients#39; progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes./p pstrongCollaboration:/strong Engage in professional collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, while maintaining autonomy and control over your work methods./p pstrongCompliance and Ethics/strong: Adhere to ethical guidelines and best practices as outlined by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions./p pstrongPreferred Experience:/strong/p ul liPediatric or early intervention experience./li liBilingual abilities (a plus but not required)./li liFamiliarity with AAC devices or alternative communication supports./li liExperience with family coaching models./li /ul pnbsp;/p pstrongQualifications:/strong/p ul liMaster#39;s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology./li liCertificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Languagenbsp;/li liValid state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist./li liProven experience in assessing and treating speech and language disorders.
