This program is specially designed to develop you professionally, increase your practical knowledge in your area of technical expertise, provide field experience in the world of Facilities, Building Operation Systems, Utilities and Project Management, while also completing valuable work for the Resort. You will have a wide range of opportunities to assist and provide key data to FSS Engineers, Engineering Service Managers and various Trades on a variety of project types providing facility and utility support to Attractions, Maintenance, Foods, Merchandise and Entertainment./ph1bThe approximate dates of this internship are /bbspanJune 2026 – December 2026/span/bb. /b/h1p/ph1bInterns must be fully available for the duration of the internship./b/h1p/ph1bspanThis Internship is in Anaheim, CA./span/b/h1h1/h1h1bspanWhat You Will Do: /span/b/h1ullih1Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects as directed by team leader and with the planning, coordination, and execution of small projects as directed. Provide on-site review, inspections, and reports of work in progress./h1/lilih1Produce/compile Onboarding documentation for various Trades./h1/lilih1Produce/compile Support 1 and 2 Training documentation and provide Data Analysis and recommendations./h1/lilih1Assist with Job Plan reviews, Future Operations and Asset Planning, producing workflow processes, Planning and assisting with Disney MyTime (Shift Clock Summary)./h1/lilih1Coordinate scheduled field activities with all affected parties, while working alongside department Schedulers to prepare and update project schedules and work plans./h1/lilih1Participate in estimating walks and assist department Estimators in preparing and updating project estimates./h1/lilih1Role will include both desk and field work that will require some flexibility on start time hours./h1/li/ulh1/h1h1bspanRequired Qualifications amp; Skills: /span/b/h1ullih1Prior related work experience is desired, including co-op/intern programs with a focus on Mechanical Engineering, Project Management or similar major./h1/lilih1Demonstrated strong leadership, technical and interpersonal skills./h1/lilih1Self-starter with demonstrated initiative - able to handle multiple tasks and priorities./h1/lilih1Availability to work various shifts commensurate with project requirements./h1/lilih1Knowledge of and how to work with the whole building package and managing a project from start to finish./h1/lilih1Experience in reading blueprints, working in Maximo and AutoCAD./h1/li/ulh1/h1h1bspanPreferred Qualifications amp; Skills:/span/b/h1ullih1Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Primavera project planning software./h1/lilih1Knowledge of how an HVAC and A/C function./h1/li/ulh1/h1h1bspanEducation:/span/b/h1ullih1Currently enrolled as a Junior, Senior or Graduate student at an accredited college/university, earning a Bachelor#39;s or Master#39;s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus/interest in Utilities./h1/lilih1 GPA of 3.0 or higher (no rounding)/h1/lili/li/ulh1bEligibility Requirements amp; Program Information:/b/h1ullih1Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship​/h1/lilih1Be at least 18 years of age​/h1/lilih1Possess unrestricted work authorization​/h1/lilih1Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program/h1/li/ulp/ph1bspanAdditional Information:/span/b/h1p/ph1• Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines  /h1h1• Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship/h1h1• Fully available Monday thru Friday, PST for the duration of the internship,40 hours each week/h1h1 • Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Anaheim, CA area/h1h1• Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work/h1ul/ulThe pay rate for this role as an undergraduate in CA is $30.00 /hr. The pay rate for this role as a graduate student in CA is $35.00/hr.
