pstrongCurrent Open Shifts:/strong/p ul li(Full-Time, 30 hours weekly) Sat - Sun 8am - 10pm, Tue 1pm - 3pm/li /ul pAs anstrong Individual Focus Direct Support Professionals (DSP-IF), /strongyou will provide specialized supports designed to meet the unique needs of someone with intellectual and developmental disabilities in need of transitional supports. You will assist in the development of support plans, implementing those plans, and working with other team members to ensure their success. Your day will include helping someone achieve their dreams, fostering relationships with a person's family and friends, going out and having fun, meal planning and prep, and personal health and hygiene routines! DSPs on the Individual Focus team are committed to building strong partnerships with families and recognize the “team” is everyone who loves and supports the person, not just those at PCL.
