The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and improvements across multiple locations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our members.lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;lt;stronggt;Responsibilities:lt;/stronggt;lt;/divgt;lt;olgt; lt;ligt;Conduct regular inspections of gym facilities to identify maintenance needs. lt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and fitness equipment.lt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Oversee pool maintenance as well as chemical balancing of the aquatic facilities.lt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.lt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Collaborate with the management team to prioritize and address maintenance issues efficiently.lt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or services.lt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and report to the Vice President of Operations regularly.lt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Assist in the planning and execution of preventative maintenance programs.lt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.lt;/ligt; lt;/olgt;lt;divgt;lt;stronggt;Qualifications:lt;/stronggt;lt;/divgt;lt;olgt; lt;ligt;Proven experience as a Facility Technician or similar role.
