Through our community program “SNIPES serves” and its localized approach we support the needs of our communities, empower, and celebrate our dynamic culture./p pstrongOverview:/strong The 3rd key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager including opening and closing procedures as well as other administrative tasks. /p pstrongResponsibilities/strong/p ul liAbility to demonstrate timely execution and compliance of floor set guides and promotions/li liDemonstrate leadership in driving sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding all established store and individual goals /li liAssist Store Manager/Assistant Manager with communicating the stores’ operational goals and directives to maximize store teams’ contributions towards meeting the sales plan/li liEffectively set up sales/promotions with proper signing in a timely manner/li liAssist Store Manager/Assistant Manager in directing and maintaining merchandise presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards and current floor set/li liAssist Store Manager/Assistant Manager in training and enforcing security policies and procedures/li liEnsure safety of associates by identifying dangerous situations and reporting them to the Store/District Manager/li liProperly process register functions and ensure, as directed, they are properly followed in the store/li liAssist Store Manager/Assistant Manager in ensuring store meets Company standards for cleanliness, both on the sales floor and in the stockroom/li liAssist Store Manager/Assistant Manager in communicating changes in store policies and procedures to staff, and ensure that changes are implemented correctly /li /ul pstrongKey Partners/strong/p ul liStore Management/li liHuman Resources/li liDistrict Manager/li liAsset Protection/li /ul pstrongQualifications/strong/p ul liMust be at least 18 years of age /li liRetail experience preferred/li liHigh School Diploma or equivalent/li liStrong attention to detail /li liCommunication and organizational skills /li liStrong drive to achieve results/li liTakes initiative and has problem solving skills /li liCandidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift./li liLifting between 15-30 pounds. /li /ul pstrongSkills Cultural Success Factors/strong/p ul liEnthusiasm for the brand/li liStrong customer service skills/li liExcellent communication skills/li liStrong problem solving skills/li liTeam player with the ability to lead a team/li liDisciplined and self-motivated /li liGoal oriented/li liAdaptable and flexible/li liFast learner/li /ul p /p pstrongNote:/strong/p pemJob descriptions are used for informational purposes only, are not to be considered all-inclusive of responsibilities within a position and may change periodically with or without notice.
