Through our community program “SNIPES serves” and its localized approach we support the needs of our communities, empower, and celebrate our dynamic culture./p pstrongOverview:/strong The Stock Personnel will maintain a well-organized stock room to ensure product is easily located, inventory is accurate, provide efficient customer service, and maintain a safe environment./p pstrongResponsibilities/strong/p ul liResponsible for contributing to efforts in the stores achievements/li liDemonstrate professionalism when dealing with coworkers/customers/li liMeet company standards for store appearance, performance, product knowledge and store operations /li liEfficiently follow all instructions/tasks given by Management within a specified timeline/li liUnderstand and communicate to Store/Assistant or Stock Manager on weekly basis about the stock available and/or damaged/li liUnderstand and follow store operating procedures and policies/li liEnsure shelves and stockroom is fully stocked, well organized, clean faced tagged and signed/li liMaintain merchandise standards in/around the stockroom/li liEnsure all hangers are separated and placed in correct box/boxes/li liResponsible for condensing styles and ensuring fixtures are in one place/li liMaintain a consistent awareness of the stores stock regularly/li liEnsure consistent awareness of the store’s merchandise and consistent control of merchandise/li /ul pstrongKey Partners/strong/p ul liStore Management/li liHuman Resources/li liDistrict Manager/li liAsset Protection/li /ul pstrongQualifications/strong/p ul liMust be at least 16 years of age /li liPrevious stock or retail experience a plus/li liStrong attention to detail/li liAble to work various shifts including weekends and holidays /li liMust present a neat appearance and personal grooming/li liCandidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift./li liLifting between 15-30 pounds. /li /ul pstrongSkills Cultural Success Factors/strong/p ul liEnthusiasm for the brand/li liStrong customer service skills/li liExcellent communication skills/li liStrong problem solving skills/li liGoal oriented/li liTeam player/li liAdaptable and flexible/li liFast learner/li liDisciplined and self-motivated /li /ul p /p pstrongNote:/strong/p pemJob descriptions are used for informational purposes only, are not to be considered all-inclusive of responsibilities within a position and may change periodically with or without notice.
