The warehouse worker is responsible for receiving, labeling, and storing incoming shipments, assessing stock for damages, keeping a concise record of inventory, and accurately filling customer orders./span/pp/ppbESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:/b/pp/pulliReceiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stock/liliMaintaining clear records on all inventory and stock/liliInspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages/liliOrganizing the warehouse space/liliPreparing orders for shipment/liliOperating stock management tools; for example, a forklift, pallet jack/liliCounting stock and keeping inventory records/liliAny other duties as assigned/li/ulp/ppbSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:/b/pp/pulliBasic understanding of records, inventories, and other routine documentation used in warehouse/liliThorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures/liliExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail/liliExcellent time management skills/liliHard working/liliDrug Screening will be REQUIRED/li/ulp/ppbPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:/b /pp/pulliMust be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying./liliMust be able to move up to 50 pounds at a time./li/ulp/ppbEDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING:/b/pp/pulliHigh School diploma or equivalent required/lili1#43; years of warehouse experience/liliA forklift driver’s certification is preferred/li/ulp/ppbWORK CONDITIONS:/b/pp/pp(The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
