If you are a compassionate individual or teacher that has worked with children or teenagers, this job may be for you!lt;brgt;lt;brgt; lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;Seeking an individual who can be a positive role model and support for a 12 year old with Autism and struggling with anxiety, or other MH or behavior related challenges.lt;brgt;lt;brgt; lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;Job Summary:lt;brgt;The ideal candidate will have experience working with children/teenagers and shaping behaviors to improve the quality of life for the child and family.lt;brgt;lt;brgt; lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;Duties:lt;brgt;- Provide guidance, support, and strategies to address the child and family#39;s needs.lt;brgt;- Follow and implement an individualized plan to address goals for the child and family.lt;brgt;- Foster positive relationship with child to promote growth and development.lt;brgt;- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure the well-being of the child.lt;brgt;lt;brgt; lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;Skills:lt;brgt;- Experience in behavior strategies, childcare, special education, or related fields.lt;brgt;- Strong mentoring and educational skills.lt;brgt;- Knowledge of child welfare practices and behavioral health.lt;brgt;- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.lt;brgt;lt;brgt; lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;Flexible after school hours.lt;brgt;lt;brgt; lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;compensation rate $25-$40 an hour, based on experience, education and skill level.lt;brgt;lt;brgt; lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;Minimum education requirement is a high school diploma, BA is a plus.lt;/divgt; lt;/divgt;
