activities/liliTraining employees and ensuring that employees are working efficiently and effectively/liliMaintaining adequate staff in retail and production positions/liliPerforming retail tasks as needed/liliPerforming production tasks as needed, if applicable to store type/liliEnsuring customers are being cared for properly/liliEnsure Production Specialists understand production schedule for the day, if applicable to store type/liliAccessing the storersquo;s safe and getting change as necessary/liliEnsure Krispy Kreme security cash handling standards and procedures are met and enforced/liliLocking doors and closing at night/liliConduct store tours/liliKnowledgeable of Krispy Kreme history, product current promotions/liliModel exceptional customer service skills for employees/liliPromote customer service oriented atmosphere in store/liliFill customer orders accurately and quickly, including products, condiments, and change/liliHandle difficult customer situations professionally/liliMaintain a pleasant and courteous demeanor/liliExhibit suggested selling behaviors such as: second dozens, up-selling other products, and up-selling in sizes/liliKnowledge and ability to execute all store functions/liliAnswer telephone in a timely manner and utilize Krispy Kreme greeting procedures/liliManagerrsquo;s food safety certification/liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulpnbsp;/ppemEquipment /ememOperat/ememio/ememn/em/pulliOperate the POS system per standards identified in the Krispy Kreme Retail Specialist Workbook/liliOperate other retail equipment, e.g. coffee and soda machines, in the proper manner/liliOperate drive-thru equipment (POS and headsets) so as to achieve an average drive-thru time of 30-45 seconds or less/liliOperate processing equipment while adhering to the company product standards identified in the Krispy Kreme/li/ulpProcessing Specialist Workbook/pulliEnsure batteries are charged for drive-thru equipment/liliOperation production equipment/liliValid driverrsquo;s license is required as required to drive delivery trucks/li/ulpnbsp;/ppemSa/ememfety and /ememS/emema/ememn/ememita/ememt/ememio/ememn/em/pulliMaintain a clean, neat uniform at all times and ensure employees are also adhering to uniform standards/liliHandle products per procedures identified in the Sales Specialist Employee Training Manual/liliUtilize
