They are the eyes and ears at our venues and ensure all league games run smoothly. We are currently looking for responsible, reliable, and outgoing individuals to act as League Ambassadors for Atlanta Sport Social Club. /p pbr/p pLeague Ambassadors are responsible for: /p pbr/p ul liEngaging with players each and every shift to ensure they are having the best possible experience before, during, and after games./li liEstablishing a relationship with vendors, facilities, and the community to support our growing brand./li liArriving at the venue location prior to game times to meet with the facility caretaker and/or venue staff./li liSetting up equipment for the sport that will be played that evening./li liManaging the venue throughout the course of the night to ensure that our players enter exit the building at the appropriate times and through the appropriate doors./li liEnsuring that all games start and end at the correct times./li liEnforcing league rules and sportsmanship to create safe play during games./li liAssisting with any incidents and injuries as appropriate. /li liCleaning up the facility and packing up all equipment at the end of the night./li liSubmitting a shift report through our online system after each shift./li liCollecting and creating fun content for JAM's social media platforms (videos, action shots, player interactions etc.). /li /ul pbr/p pspan style="font-weight: bold"QUALIFICATIONS /span/p pbr/p pspan style="font-weight: bold"High Energy  /span/p pExtremely upbeat and positive, with their own flair and personality! brWillingness to approach and chat with players and maintain this positive relationship over the course of the season. brYou like capturing fun content around you (videos, pictures, conducting social media campaigns etc.) /p pbr/p pspan style="font-weight: bold"Details, Details, Details  /span/p pTaking care of the little details first makes putting on a big show easy! brMust have incredible attention to detail and be a quick learner!  /p pbr/p pspan style="font-weight: bold"Go Getter  /span/p pBe confident and motivated to call on and/or meet/work/deal with players, head office staff, and facility staff. brHardworking attitude. You’ll need to have strong self-monitoring skills and strong public speaking skills. brYou will need to be able to clearly articulate and summarize your shifts in writing through a shift report that is expected to be submitted online after each and every shift. brKnowledge of a wide variety of sports rules and formats is an asset! /p pbr/p pspan style="font-weight: bold"Quick On Your Feet  /span/p pConfidence in your ability to take control of a situation with a flair for being resourceful. brStrengths in planning, decision making, and creative problem solving. /p pbr/p pspan style="font-weight: bold"EXPECTED HOURS /span/p pbr/p ul liOur leagues run Monday to Friday from roughly 5:45 pm until 11:00pm with some Saturday and Sunday shifts available as well (shifts will vary based on game times at a given venue)./li liWe are looking for people who can work on multiple nights throughout the week after 5:00pm./li liShift times are typically between 3 to 6 hours long depending on the venue./li liHours will vary depending on your availability, but preferences will be given to those who are committed to working consistent shifts on multiple evenings./li liResponsibilities/times/locations all vary depending on your availability. /li /ul pbr/p pspan style="font-weight: bold"COMPENSATION /span/p pbr/p ul liAll of our League Ambassadors earn $15 USD per hour./li liLeague Ambassadors have the opportunity to participate in all of our tournaments at no charge (please note: that to be eligible to play in a tournament for free you must have a regular shift in the current season). /li lispan style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif"We have created a very clear hourly increase plan that showcases how you can achieve future hourly rate increases based on the number of shifts you have worked.
