Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being. Specific benefits—such as day-one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, and annual performance bonus—may vary by position. Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment./p p /p pClick HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers./p p /p h2WE LOVE OUR WORK./h2 ul liProvide security on assigned casino or landing area: maintains high visibility, handles problem situations, watches for safety hazards, and provides assistance to medical officer./li liPatrol of parking lots./li liProvide security escorts for all monetary transfers, fills, and credits./li liOversee customers entering exiting: provide crowd control, direct traffic, check I.D., check for bottles and other items not allowed on Casino floor./li liProvide assistance to customers: give directions, call cabs, assist with car trouble, etc./li liAssist with table and slot drops./li liObserve soft count crew doing the slot drop and transports funds to soft count room./li liProvide assistance for table drop by providing drop boxes, observing the count, and securing drop boxes in soft count room./li liMonitor all entry and exit from soft count, and vault./li liServe as dispatcher: Dispatch other officers to various assignments, maintains activity log sheets and watch and record monitors./li liWrite detailed reports as required for incidents involving law violations and/or violations of company policy and procedure./li liTestify in court on behalf of state gaming boards./li liOccasionally, strenuous physical activity is required./li liMeet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies. /li liKeep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter./li liPerform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner./li liAny reasonable request made by your supervisor or any management personnel./li /ul h2BRING US YOUR BEST./h2 ul liMust be at least 21 years of age./li liMust have an outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude /li liMust be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests/li li6 months of customer-facing customer service experience preferred. /li liHigh school diploma or GED equivalent required./li liPreferably six months related experience and/or training./li liPhysically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs, and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in vary work areas such as confined spaces./li /ul h2STAY IN THE GAME.
