The internship is paid starting between $20-21/hour. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, however there may be some Saturday and or after hours needed. The total work week will total up to 40 hours/week unless production or projects require overtime work./p pSouthview Design is dedicated to making sure the internship is successful for each of its interns. To ensure the intern receives the best experience possible Southview will:/p ul liProvide a mentor/li liProvide necessary feedback and evaluations of performance/li liProvide a safe and secure environment within which to work/li liSupply cap, shirts, and pants as a uniform is required when in the field working/li /ul pThe program will cover a variety of activities in the field and office and provide engagement with different Southview staff. Interns will rotate through various departments on a bi-weekly basis, the schedule of rotation will vary greatly based on production and availability of staff members.
