Our active partnerships are as follows: Capella University, Chicago School of Psychology, and Purdue Global./p p style="text-align: justify;"strongExperience:/strong/p ul style="text-align: justify;" liRelevant: 1 year (Required)/li /ul p style="text-align: justify;"strongCertifications and Licenses:/strong/p ul style="text-align: justify;" liBCBA (Preferred)/li liMust have one of the following licenses: BSL, LSW, LCSW, LPC or Licensed Psychologist/li /ul p style="text-align: justify;"strongResponsibilities and Duties/strong/p ul style="text-align: justify;" liConduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), VB MAPP, AFLS and ABLLS-R assessments./li liDevelop treatment plan based on the findings of the FBA using evidence-based practices./li liProvide clinical supervision of BHT or RBT workers performing the following duties:/li liDirect 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school and community environments./li liImplementation of individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA./li liCollect data during each session with the client./li lireduction of challenging behaviors--aggression, property destruction, tantrums, etc./li liAnalyze data to adapt and adjust programming./li liProvide support to parents, teachers, or community officials./li liProvide role model appropriate behaviors./li liProvide clinical support to direct care staff./li liImplement consequences relating to appropriate and inappropriate behavior./li liEstablish coordination of communication with other supporting agencies./li liExchange information clearly and concisely with the appropriate parties and concerns./li liComplete and submit all paperwork including documentation of session notes, encounter logs, treatment plans and assessments in a timely manner./li /ul p style="text-align: justify;"strongQualifications and Skills/strong/p ul style="text-align: justify;" liBACB Certification in good standing./li liBehavior Specialist License is required./li liMaster's Degree (MS or MA) in a mental health field and one (1) year documented paid experience working with children, adolescents or youth./li liMaster's Degree in Social Work provided that the applicant has their LSW in good standing./li liValid driver's license is required as well as willingness to travel as needed./li liOne (1) year of paid experience working with children or adolescents (preferred)./li /ul ul style="text-align: justify;" linbsp;/li /ul p style="text-align: justify;"strongJob Types: /strongFull-time, Part-time/p p style="text-align: justify;"Pay: $51.00 - $60.00 per hour/p pnbsp;/p pStaff must have appropriate background checks, transcripts of their degree, and clearances to work in direct contact with children and adolescents (ACT 33, 34 and FBI clearances) and be able to participate in Medicaid and Medicare programs.
