Shift leaders typically supervise a staff of 1 to 8 team members and carry out management responsibilities consistent with Jamba policies, operations standards, procedures and legal requirements./ppbr //p pbRequirements:/b/ppIs a Whirl'd class job at Jamba right for you?/p pbr //p pPERSONAL REQUIREMENTS/p pbr //p ul liSelf-discipline, strong initiative, leadership ability and outgoing personality./li liPleasant, polite manner with a neat, clean appearance./li liAn effective motivator./li liMust be able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities and team members to ensure 100% guest satisfaction./li liMust possess good communication skills./li liAbility to effectively multi-task./li liAbility to effectively supervise multiple team members to achieve desired goals./li/ul pbr //p pMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/p ul liPassion for the Jamba brand and enthusiasm for learning more about Jamba products and nutrition./li liMust be a minimum of 18 years of age./li liAvailable to work a minimum of sixteen (24) hours/week AND a minimum of three (3) days./li liPrevious restaurant/foodservice experience recommended./li liKnowledge of computer programs (MS Word and Excel)/li liMust be able to lift 30-40 lbs regularly throughout shifts./li liAbility to stand, bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shifts./li liAbility to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F (walk-in cooler amp; freezer)./li liMust be eligible to work in The United States./li liMust agree to a background check./li/ul
