Hispanic language proficiency is a plus./span/span/span/span/span/li lispan style="font-size:10pt;"span style="background-color:#FFFFFF;"span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;"span style="font-family:'Century Gothic', sans-serif;"span style="color:#000000;"Work with other agency staff to identify particular needs in the areas of education, life skills education and personal development that should be addressed outside the program.  Participate in meetings with parents and school officials to discuss such needs as necessary./span/span/span/span/span/li lispan style="font-size:10pt;"span style="background-color:#FFFFFF;"span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;"span style="font-family:'Century Gothic', sans-serif;"span style="color:#000000;"Evaluate youth progress in predetermined measurable terms at program intervals as directed./span/span/span/span/span/li lispan style="font-size:10pt;"span style="background-color:#FFFFFF;"span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;"span style="font-family:'Century Gothic', sans-serif;"span style="color:#000000;"Assist in the recruitment of appropriate children for enrollment in the program.  This may include the design of flyers and brochures, airing of public service announcements, and making of presentations in the community./span/span/span/span/span/li lispan style="font-size:10pt;"span style="background-color:#FFFFFF;"span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;"span style="font-family:'Century Gothic', sans-serif;"span style="color:#000000;"Participate in meetings with youth, program staff, and agency administrators related to program design, program implementation, and program evaluation in the interest of ensuring the program meets its goals and objectives. style="font-family:'Century Gothic', sans-serif;"span style="color:#000000;"Currently enrolled in high school with proper work permit documentation/span/span/span/span/span/li lispan serif;"span style="font-family:'Century Gothic', sans-serif;"span style="color:#000000;"Ability to implement program plans appropriate for meeting the educational and personal development needs of
