Maintenance Technician - Full-time

pThe role of a Plant Maintenance Technician is to participate in the Total and Preventive Maintenance (TPM) for all equipment and facilities./p table tbody tr tdInternal Essential functions of the job and specific requirements/td tdnbsp;/td /tr /tbody /table ol liInstall, repair and maintain all equipment and facilities/li liAnalyze mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment and make necessary corrections and running adjustments to maintain maximum production and quality/li liTry out equipment after repairs, changeovers or extended downtime/li liRecord operational data, such asnbsp;pressure readings, length of stroke, feeds and speeds for use in set-up and preventive maintenance records/li liReview Production System Efficiency and Quality System Efficiency workshops to support continuous improvement; propose and implement continuous productivity, process and quality improvement actions for all facilities/li liFacilitate equipment moves on the shop floor/li liGive advice on technical specifications of new equipment and alterations on existing equipment and facilities, making sure manufacturing, maintainability and Health, Safety amp; Environmental requirements are met/li liSet up requisitions for supplies, equipment and facilities/li liParticipate in the management of the inventory of spare parts and consumables to eliminate downtime/li liKeep up-to-date documentation related to maintenance/li liAll other duties as assigned/li /ol pstrongEducation:nbsp;/strong/p pstrongRequired/strong: High School/p pstrongPreferred/strong: Technical diploma, preferably with a specialization in maintenance/p ul liWork Experience/li liAt least 3 years of maintenance/engineering experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.nbsp;nbsp;/li liInjection molding troubleshooting experience is required.nbsp;nbsp;/li liRobotics troubleshooting and PLC programming knowledge is a plus.nbsp;nbsp;/li liProven ability to undertake tasks of substantial variety or complexity which require and extensive knowledge of fabrication/processing techniques, tools, materials, machines, and equipment.nbsp;nbsp;/li liAbility to work in a matrix organization/li /ul pnbsp;/ph3About Company/h3divnbsp;ABOUT THE TEAMbr/br/Yanfeng is committed to developing our employees through opportunities like development programs, continuous learning, mentorship, and volunteerism.
