With Union Supply Group you will know you will be entrusted with making a great impact on the organization./p pnbsp;/p pstrongPURPOSE OF POSITION:/strong/p pDelivery of commissary orders/products to individual detainees in an assigned area within the Correctional Facility. Serve as backup relief at nearby Correction Facilities./p pnbsp;/p pstrongRESPONSIBILITIES:/strong/p pnbsp;/p ul liCollect inmate orders (per facility procedures if applicable)./li liProcess commissary orders through a computerized commissary software program (if applicable)./li liResearch and/or answer Offender requests and/or written complaints concerning commissary services./li liUnload and verify orders/products received at the correctional facility from the USCS Distribution Center./li liConduct inventory counts of products as assigned./li liSupervise inmate workers (if applicable)/li liTransport orders/products to assigned delivery areas within the facility./li liPositively identify all Offenders receiving orders prior to delivering each order./li liDistribute the order to the Offender; permit the Offender to verify the order contents./li liNote any and all discrepancies with or damages to the order on all copies of the delivery receipt./li liObtain the signature of the Offender receiving the order on the delivery receipt (per facility procedures)./li liProvide the Offender with a copy of the delivery receipt./li liRetain a signed copy of the order receipt for record retention./li liAccount for all delivery receipts from the delivery process./li liAccount for all non-delivered commissary orders from the delivery process./li liRetain and dispose of all trash generated during the delivery process./li liPerform other duties as assigned by supervisor./li listrongEssential Functions/strong/li liRetain and maintain a correctional facility security clearance./li liTravel as necessary to nearby facilities to distribute orders as necessary/li liLift orders or packages that weigh up to 50 lbs./li liAttend initial and annual facility orientation and training, and remain current in any certifications as required by the Facility./li liKnow and follow all rules, regulations, security policies, and procedures of the detention facility./li liKnow and follow the policies and procedures outlined in the companyrsquo;s employee handbook and USCSrsquo;s local Operations manual./li liComplete additional/miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Commissary Manager/ Supervisor./li /ul pstrongWe offer:/strong/p ul listrongCareer advancement/strong.
