Other duties may be assigned./ppbr //ppCustomer Service/pp•              Project a positive representation./pp•              Greet customers entering and throughout the store and thank customers when they are leaving the store./pp•              Project a friendly, outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates./pp•              Clear customer checkout lines quickly and efficiently./pp•              Answer and monitor all calls and pages promptly, courteously and effectively./pp•              Communicate any problem or issue that requires management assistance./pp•              Continually build product knowledge and assist customers with store layout and product location./pp•              Assist in pricing, stocking, marking and bagging of merchandise./ppbr //pp Register Operations/pp•              Follow all cash register transaction procedures./pp•              Responsible for balancing of register drawer./pp•              Adhere to Store Support Center program or promotion that may require implementation at the cash registers./pp•              Participate in store and Cashier meetings./pp /ppFront End Appearance and Upkeep/pp•              Keep the front end (checkout areas and entrance doors included) neat and clean at all times. Face and dust./pp•              Assist with keeping impulse counters stocked and faced, rotate fresh merchandise in as seasons change./pp•              Ensure forms and supplies are stocked at all times./pp•              Assist with decorating the front end according to the Store Support Center program./pp•              Call for cart pickups when necessary./pp•              Inform management when merchandise returns need to be put away./pp•              Perform all other duties as assigned./ppbr //ppOther Essential Requirements/ppMUST be available to be scheduled for any shifts during our store hours:/ppMonday - Saturday 7:30AM to 8:00PM/ppSunday 9:00AM to 6:00PM/ppbr //ppbr //ppstrongExperience/strong/ppCustomer service experience preferred.
