We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to be part of the EBPR team! The OT will provide clinical services to a pediatric population both clinic, school, and home settings and collaborate with our multidisciplinary staff to ensure appropriate team disciplines to carry out therapy programs for clients.  lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;lt;brgt;lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;lt;stronggt;Job Duties: lt;/stronggt;lt;/divgt;lt;ulgt; lt;ligt;Provide occupational therapy services to EBPR clients (clinic-based, home-based, school-based)lt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Conduct evaluations of new and ongoing clientslt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Submit clinical reports and notes in a timely mannerlt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Conduct 6 month and annual progress meetings, in addition to other parent meetings, as neededlt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clientslt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Maintain target billable hours for full time rolelt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societieslt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Attend staff trainings and agency meetings, as needed lt;/ligt; lt;/ulgt;lt;divgt;lt;stronggt;Candidate Requirements:  lt;/stronggt;lt;/divgt;lt;ulgt; lt;ligt;Current Illinois licensurelt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Maintain standing with AOTA/IOTA and current certification with DHS/EIlt;/ligt; lt;/ulgt; lt;/divgt;
