If you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your application and we will reach out shortly./strong/p pstrongJob Description/strongbr / Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:/p ul liMaintain company standards in all interactions, including but not limited to, interactions with clients and personnel./li liAssist managers in conducting morning safety meetings./li liEnsure daily safety inspections of equipment, vehicles, and job site./li liComplete daily paperwork, including but not limited to, employee timesheets, recording of daily mileage, numbers of vehicles and equipment used, and billing sheets for any extra billable work./li liPerform landscape and street maintenance duties, including but not limited to, pruning, planting, and mowing./li liInitiate repair of any malfunctioning or unsafe equipment./li liCommunicate with Supervisor on topics such as, but not limited to, crew members, equipment issues, and job related concerns./li /ul pstrongQualifications/strongbr / Knowledge, Skills and Experience required (unless otherwise noted):/p ul liGeneral knowledge of landscape maintenance and landscape construction./li liSupervisor experience; 3+ year managing crews./li liAbility to pass company's driving requirements./li liStrong conflict resolution skills./li liValid drivers� license and ability to meet company's guidelines for driver eligibility/li /ul p /p pstrongTotal Rewards/strong/p pAt Monarch, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage, and retain top talent.
