Conditions apply./p pstrongJob Description/strong/p pEssential Job Duties and Responsibilities:/p ul liMaintain TCA company standards in all interactions, including but not limited to, interactions with clients and personnel./li liInspect, program, adjust, and repair irrigation systems as instructed by the Irrigation Manager or other project managers./li liDocument employee and equipment use for each project./li liMaintain awareness of all budgets for assigned work and communication with manager and other project managers regarding any concerns about budget issues./li liEnsure all company equipment and vehicles are operated and maintained properly, including but not limited to initiating any needed action to remedy malfunctioning or unsafe equipment./li liMaintain all safety standards on every job and while on TCA property./li liOther duties and special projects as assigned./li /ul pstrongQualifications/strong/p pKnowledge, Skills and Experience required (unless otherwise noted):/p ul liIdeal applicant should have 1- 2 years experience in irrigation and leadership skills and initiative to handle daily tasks and issues./li liDemonstrated knowledge of irrigation systems, with a preference of at least 1 year applied experience/li liGeneral knowledge of landscape maintenance/li liGeneral knowledge of zoning and other guidelines and applicable laws/li liValid driver�s license that meets TCA requirements/li liAbility to communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers/li liStrong conflict resolution skills/li /ul p /p pstrongTotal Rewards/strong/p pAt Monarch, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage, and retain top talent.
