The Program Leader will be responsible for oversight and programming for a group of 14-20 members. This position is eligible for benefits. /em/p Responsibilities: p style="margin: 0px;"strongKey Responsibilities/strong/pp style="margin: 0px;" /pp style="margin: 0px;"strongProgramming – 60%/strong/pulliPlan, organize, and implement a range of activities/programs for youth daily./liliEnsure programs and activities meet members’ needs, including safety, enrichment, quality, and fun./liliInitiate new and creative program ideas, promoting and stimulating program participation./liliWork with co-lead on special events (i.e Youth of the Week/Month)/liliEnsure the Optimal Clubhouse/Site Experience is achieved through regular review of BGCA’s Program Basics BluePrint tools, resources, and recommendations./liliIncorporate activities and practices that reduce trauma and increase wellness, as shared and recommended by Behavioral Health Services’ (BHS)./liliAdhere to Club’s meal service program protocols./liliTransport Club members (safe walks, in Club vehicles) as needed and approved by the supervisor./li/ulp style="margin: 0px;"strongLeadership – 30 %/strong/pulliUtilize Club’s Positive Behavior Policy when holding members accountable to agreements./liliCompliance with the Club’s Restroom Policy./liliManage inventory of all cleaning and program equipment and supplies.
