according to established procedure, to NSHC for analysis when requested by a medical doctor or in accordance with the CHA/P manual while maintaining waived standards as required by the Joint Commission/span/lilispan style='font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;'Working at a level consistent with training/certification, calculate dosages and administer medications accurately under a medical doctorrsquo;s approval./span/lilispan style='font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;'Conduct a monthly audit of controlled substances and record results appropriately, ensuring safe and accurate enteral therapy/span/lilispan style='font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;'Perform necessary screening and/or other medical/administrative procedures needed for patient care/span/lilispan
