Provides for the              personal needs and comfort of patients in their homes.lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;·         Assist with clients’ daily activities.lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;·         Strong communication skills - must be able to communicate effectively with client as well as family members.lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;·         Provide stand by assistance to clients in situations such as helping with bathing, dressing, toileting and other basic activities of life. lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;·         Observing the client#39;s day to day physical and mental health.lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;·         Document care provided and report any concerns per agency policy lt;/divgt;lt;divgt; lt;brgt; lt;/divgt; lt;/divgt;
