Other duties may be Assigned:lt;/divgt;lt;ulgt; lt;ligt;Overall duties include removing debris and maintaining common space areaslt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedureslt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Cleaning duties include: sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, restroomlt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.lt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Use proper PPE where requiredlt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Clean all common space areas including kitchen, cafeteria, lobby and break roomlt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Place safety hazard signs in the building including “wet floor” signs as necessarylt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Monitor, clean, service and restock bathroomslt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Monitor cleaning crews of 1-10 employees, ensuring quality is up to the customers standardslt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Assisting Night Account Managers with any cleaning, supply running, inspecting, transporting employeeslt;/ligt; lt;/ulgt;lt;divgt; lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;lt;stronggt;Physical Demands and Qualifications:lt;/stronggt;lt;/divgt;lt;ulgt; lt;ligt;Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reachinglt;/ligt; lt;ligt; Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50lbs.lt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Must have an eye for detaillt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and useslt;/ligt; lt;ligt;1-2 years’ experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper a plus but not requiredlt;/ligt; lt;ligt;2+ years#39; supervisory/management experience strongly preferredlt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Must have your own vehicle that can be used for daily work use as requiredlt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Flexibility, consistency, and dependability are all key skills for this positionlt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Will provide on the job training for each role and task to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.lt;/ligt; lt;ligt;The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must. lt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Must be open to handling changes in schedules as they occur throughout the evening.lt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitudelt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on timelt;/ligt; lt;/ulgt;lt;divgt;lt;stronggt;Disclaimerlt;/stronggt;lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by associates assigned to this classification.
