pstrongTeam Member/strong/ppstronguPosition Summary/u/strong:nbsp; The Team Member/Product Prep is passionate about providing our guests a superior dining experience by maintaining high standards in all food prep and guest service areas.nbsp; nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;/ppspan style="text-decoration: underline;"strongI.nbsp; Primary Job Duties/strong/span/ppThe position of Team Member/Product Prep is responsible for the following major duties and tasks:/ppstrong1. nbsp;Creates a World Class Guest Experience/strong/pulliGreets all guests with a sincere smile, making them feel welcome through a positive, pleasant, andnbsp;enthusiastic attitude.nbsp;/liliDemonstrates company service expectations when preparing service areas.nbsp;/liliFollows the product production schedule and ensures all necessary products and supplies are stocked and available at the prep area. nbsp;nbsp;/liliPlans and organizes product production based on current inventory needs./li/ulpstrong2.nbsp; Delivers Exceptional Brand Standards, Cleanliness and Safety/strong/pulliEnsures that all tasks are accomplished in a safe manner./liliCompletes assigned housekeeping duties to provide a clean and organized restaurant./liliEnsures that drink systems are operational.nbsp;/liliEnsures the proper rotation of products by adhering to FIFO standards of rotation./liliFollows all food safety guidelines./liliMonitors all food prep products to ensure safety and quality standards.nbsp; Reports any quality/quantity issues to the Shift Manager./liliInspects work station and immediately reports equipment malfunction or damage to the Shift Manager.nbsp;/liliCompletes In Store Set-Up (ISS) prior to store opening./li/ulpstrong3. Communicates Openly With Manager and Team Members/strong/pulliListens and follows directions./liliResponds positively to feedback./liliIs honest and courteous when communicating with guests, team members, and managers./liliCommunicates positively about the company./li/ulpstrong4. nbsp;nbsp;Demonstrates Team Work/strong/pulliSupports the Company values, goals, and work rules./liliOffers help without being asked in all areas of the restaurant./liliWorks well with team members./liliKeeps supervisor informed of work related issues./li/ulpstrong5.
