Your technical expertise, dedication to excellence, and customer-centric approach will contribute to our commitment to delivering exceptional residential plumbing services. br/br/divCompetitive compensation including a lucrative hourly wage, commission, and bonuses./divbr/br/bAs an Jackson Comfort Drain Cleaning Technician your responsibilities will include:/bbr/liCleaning drains using provided machinery/liliUsing electric snakes, high-velocity water jets, and sewer cameras for inspecting drain lines/liliFixing frozen lines and steam thaw during the winter months/liliRepairing underground sewers and drains using excavation methods/liliRegularly communicating with Plumbing Coordinator where you are, where you've been, and where you are going/liliProperly selecting invoice tasks, complete all necessary forms, complete invoice summary, and debrief call with Plumbing Coordinator/liliRecommending memberships, repairs, upgrades, and replacements when it is in the best interest of the customer/liliCollecting payment for services rendered at time of service/liliInputting or updating all customer equipment data into CRM/liliUtilizing all pertinent marketing materials (stickers, tags, handouts, forms, etc.)/liliEnsuring your truck stock is replenished and your truck bin is empty/liliConfirming time sheets on tablet/liliCleaning vehicle (inside and out)/liliAttending Team meetings/liliAttending company provided training classes/liliStaying up to date on all company sales promotions/liliConducting a vehicle inspection/liliInventorying truck stock/libr/br/bDrain Technician Success Metrics:/bbr/libCustomer Satisfaction (this always comes first!):nbsp;/bProvide clear explanations and educate customers about their plumbing systems, offering preventive maintenance tips and energy-saving recommendations.
