This position plays a critical role in ensuring all staff stays on task and complete all assignments to ServiceMaster standards. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding and demonstration of cleaning principles and team management abilities. Learning all customer sites and working with member/team at sites.  There will be a learning period prior to full duties are resumed.lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;lt;stronggt;Responsibilitieslt;/stronggt;lt;/divgt;lt;ulgt; lt;ligt;Learning and training cleaners on ServiceMaster’s standards, products, processes and procedureslt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Oversees staff performance and ensures all assignments are completed in accordance to set task schedulelt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Perform inspections and give constructive performance feedback to staff memberslt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Able to discipline bad performance within company guidelines and procedureslt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Assign shifts and make necessary adjustment in case of call off or no showslt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Respond to customer complaints and request in a timely and caring mannerlt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Ensure compliance with safety and OSHA regulationslt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Fill in when needed for call offs, open positionslt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Must be able to communicate in English.
