We put the Field First!/p pstrongJOB SUMMARY:/strong/p pResponsible for the direction of crew activities on job site, according to pre-established schedules, standards and procedures to provide a high quality of service, as direct by Arbor Foreman and Arbor District Manager./p pstrongMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:/strong/p pstrongExperience /strong/p ul li2 years of professional tree climbing experience required./li /ul pstrongLicense or Certification /strong/p ul liValid driver license issued by the state where employed is strongly preferred/li liValid ISA Certified Tree Worker Certification, or ability to obtain within 6 months/li /ul pstrongSpecialized Skills /strong/p ul listrongExperienced Tree Climber with expertise in climbing above 15 feet, cabling, and adhering to safety protocols./strong/li liBasic tree care principals, pruning techniques, tree ID and disease ID/li liAerial rescue; safe work practices; proper PPE; hazard recognition; Dig Alert procedures and tree removal techniques; basic knots and rope operation for rigging; emergency tree rescue procedures/li liAbility to communicate effectively with crew members and Arbor Foreman/li liAbility to verbally understand and communicate in English is strongly preferred/li liBi-lingual English/Spanish preferred but not required/li liExcellent internal and external customer service skills, ensuring clients� needs are met in an accurate, complete, and timely fashion by demonstrating courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism/li /ul pstrongPhysical Requirements /strong/p pThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
