The Field Technician will be a high energy individual that is responsible for quickly learning the trade, delivering quality craftsmanship, and being reliable in word and deed. The role will also be highly visible to CoServeapos;s end-customer, so professionalism and appearance is critical. The ideal candidate will possess great degree of willingness to learn, reliability, and an aptitude for technical hands-on labor./spanbr //ppThe ideal candidate will have legitimate experience with Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and desires to build a career in the industry.  /ppspanResponsibilities Include:/spanbr //pulliHelp Lead Technician to install coaxial and fiber-optic cabling, connectors, antennas, remotes and couplers in accordance with customer requirements and industry standards./liliInstalls active components in accordance with manufacturer’s guidelines and industry best-practices./liliAttends safety/hazard training as required and always considers safety factors at a jobsite./liliAnticipates and informs leadership of potential problems; communicates freely./liliReports daily, weekly, or as required on pertinent information to the project./liliSecures company materials and tools to prevent theft or loss./liliIs on time at the correct location./liliTakes initiative and assists as needed, based on a given situation./li/ulpbr //pstrongQualifications:/strongpHard Skills Include:/pulliTechnical degree preferred/liliMicrosoft Office skills required/liliConstruction environment experience preferred/lili3 years of Installation experience in IT, Cable, Electrical, RF and/or Telecommunications fields./liliKnowledge of the terminology used in the in-building Distributed Antenna System (DAS) Industry/liliDemonstrated ability to use basic hand and power tools needed for installation projects/li/ulpbr //ppSoft Skills Include:/pulliAbility to work flexible hours, depending on customer requirements/liliMust be team-focused with a passion to meet construction manager’s intent/liliAbility to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing work environment/liliStrong analytical and problem solving capabilities/liliMust be able to build strong relationships with end customers, construction managers, and project managers/li/ulstrongAdditional Information:/strongpThis is an immediate need, please apply today!  Pay will be between $12-$20 depending upon experience and interview.  /p
