We’ll celebrate milestones and acknowledge the value of spirituality in healing./p pnbsp;/p pWe’re proud of what we know, which includes how much there is to learn./p pnbsp;/p pstrongYour day./strong/p pnbsp;/p pAs a PCT / CNA with us, you need to know how to:/p pnbsp;/p ul liRespond to patient care needs by answering call lights, assisting patients with hygiene care, obtaining vital signs, and communicating constructively, effectively and timely with members of the care team./li liPerform 12-lead EKG duties commensurate with the level of training received and competency./li liApply, check and document restraints as directed by the RN or physician./li liPerform wound care, stoma care, and specimen collection./li liPerform equipment and tube care/management e.g. JP’s, hemovacs and nasogastric tubes, and Foley removal./li liAssist with patient transfers, admissions and discharges as directed and in compliance with the principles of safe patient handling./li liOrder and maintain office and patient care floor stock/supplies./li liPerform the duties of unit secretary. Maintain patient charts, respond to phone calls, maintain daily assignment board, provide equipment care/cleaning, perform errands associated with patient care and provide accurate information about the patient with interdisciplinary team./li liAssist physicians and RNs as directed./li liDemonstrate and adhere to the standards of infection prevention./li /ul pstronguPart time day and night shift positions available/u/strong/p pstrongnbsp;/strong/p pstrongYour experience./strong/p pnbsp;/p pWe hire people, not resumes.
