Do you want to challenged and moved to the next level? A large pharmaceutical company is looking for experience Coating Operators in the Hauppauge area. The Coating Operator ensures the machine and mixing tank is clean and set up properly. Also to ensure quality of produced coated tablets by adhering to the Production Batch Records instructions./ppbDuties and Responsibilities: /b/pulliClean and/or disassemble Coating Machine and its parts, containers, mixers, room after the completion of coating operation as per SOP./liliClean Manufacturing Room after the completion of product run as per SOP./liliSet up Coating Machine for run, including preparation of solution for coating operation as per Production Batch Record./liliMaintain Coating Machine in good working order, inspect the machine for wear and tear, and have any worn or malfunctioning parts evaluated and reported to Production Supervisor or Manager./liliMake any machine adjustments necessary during the coating as required./liliDocument all set up and cleaning in the log book and other pertinent paperwork./liliVisually inspect Coating machine and mixers as it is running to verify the machine is running within normal and safe operation./liliTake in process physical measurements of tablets throughout the coating run. Document these measurements in Production Batch Record and make sure they are meeting the specification of Production Batch Record./liliPerform any and all additional tasks relating to the operation of the manufacturing department as requested./liliFollow company policies, cGMP’s and Standard Operating Procedures./li/ulpbRequirements:/b/ppMinimum 1 year if work experience in a pharmaceutical/manufacturing environment/ppShould have an understanding/knowledge of cGMP, safety criteria/ppbShift:/b 4:00pm-1:00am + OT/ppbPay: /b$11-14 depending on experience/ppThis position is available for an immediate start./pstrongAdditional Information:/strongpAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines./p
