In this role, you will engage with fans before and during games to promote and sell raffle tickets, accurately processing sales using a credit card reader and raffle software. Ideal candidates will have strong communication and sales skills, the ability to interact positively with large crowds, and a passion for supporting local charities. This position requires reliability, attention to detail, and the flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and in various weather conditions./p pstrongESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:/strong/p ul liApproach fans pre-game and in-game to explain the details of the 50/50 raffle program./li liAccurately handle the sale and distribution of the tickets, following program requirements./li liAnswer questions fans may have about the program./li liBe able to process raffle sales using a credit card reader and raffle software device./li /ul pstrongMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED (EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS):/strong/p ul liMust have a High School Diploma or equivalent education, 18 or over./li liPrior experience processing credit cards./li liAbility to interact positively with a large fan base./li liMust be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills./li liAbove average verbal communication skills/li liStrong sales skills./li liCandidates must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays, if necessary./li liMust be able to work in a variety of weather conditions./li liMust be able to walk up and down numerous steps and long distances in parking lot and stadium complex./li liMust be a self-starter that challenges oneself to increase their individual raffle ticket sales./li liThis position requires an outgoing personality and a passion for raising money for local charities./li /ul
