Beverage Seasonal Managerp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:left"bRoles amp; Responsibilities:/b/pp style="text-align:inherit"b  /b/pul/ulpbSupervisory Duties/b:/pulliSupervise the daily operations of the Famp;B team and any other assigned departments/liliLead by example, attitude, and as a representation of Splish Splash core values/liliAct as an approachable mentor and coach to all assigned team members/liliBecome knowledgeable of performing the essential duties of all assigned Famp;B positions and backfill these positions when needed/liliParticipate in all aspects of supervision of assigned employees, including hiring, orientation, training, performance coaching, and discipline./liliEnsure that all required meal and other breaks are being given in accordance with NY law/liliAssist with team scheduling and timekeeping activities/li/ulpbr /bDepartmental Duties:/b/pulliWelcome all guests with a smile and positive attitude!/liliPerforms opening and closing procedures of assigned unit(s) including food preparation and cleanup./liliPractices, teaches and enforces proper food safety guidelines adhering to company policy and state/local Health Department requirements./liliMaintains all alcohol safety practices when applicable. /liliMaintains compliance with company and industry best practices, policies, and procedures to create a safe environment for colleagues and guests./liliHandles and resolves escalated guest concerns and criticisms with a positive attitude to deescalate./liliOversees quality controls and production of food items./liliManages inventory, focusing on portion and waste controls. /liliInterfaces with warehouse on product and supply needs. /liliInterfaces with maintenance on all equipment or physical plant needs./liliAll other duties assigned by leadership./liliPay Rate: $23.50 / hr./li/ulpbr /bEducation and Experience:/b/pulliHigh School diploma or equivalent preferred; Equivalent work experience will also be considered/lili2-3 years of previous work experience in food service, quick service, or restaurant setting/lili1#43; previous supervisory experience a plus, preferably in a food or restaurant setting/liliPrevious amusement park, theme park, or waterpark experience a plus/liliMust become Food Handler Safety Certified (ServSafe or similar) or become so within 90 days of hire, when required by state and local guidelines./li/ulpbr /bLanguage:/b Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English;
