The EMT will respond to emergent and nonemergent medical transports and are responsible for assessing patients#39; conditions, administering basic life support, and transporting patients to medical facilities for further treatment. EMTs are an integral part of the healthcare system, provide critical care during emergencies and making a significant impact on patientlsquo;s lives.
