Performs basic and moderately complex troubleshooting activities for desktops and laptops. May support Desk Side applications and infrastructure. Interacts directly with clients to address technical issues and respond to them timely and accurately./p pstrongResponsibilities/strong/p p /p ul liProvide customer support for designated equipment/li liAnswer client questions in a professional manner/li liAccept and deliver all service calls assigned within the established service level agreement for each client/li liMeet established customer service satisfaction criteria as outlined in established guidelines and policies/li liComplete all administrative tasks associated with each call as documented in established policies and guidelines/li liComplete real-time reporting of all calls as documented in established policies and guidelines/li liFollow various established policies, guidelines, and documents relating to the successful delivery of service for each client/li liEnsure control of assets and inventory through prompt turnaround of parts and equipment as required by client service agreements/li liReport all activity in an accurate and timely manner/li liUnderstand all Safety policies and guidelines and work within the guidelines of policies daily/li liAdditional requirements may exist if offer of employment is extended/li liOther duties may be assigned to meet business needs/li /ul p /p /div div h2Qualifications/h2 /div div pstrongEducation and Experience:/strong/p ul liTypically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience/li liPrevious customer service experience is a plus/li /ul p /p pstrongCertifications and/or Qualifications:/strong/p ul liMaintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management/li liKnowledge of relevant software and hardware/li liValid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance/li /ul p /p pstrongSkills:/strong/p ul liAbility to communicate regarding technical issues with clients/li liAbility to drive to client locations/li liAbility to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies/li liAbility to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs/li liMust own a basic repair tool kit/li /ul /div
