Able to step into all roles within Production department based on production needs./pp/ppubKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DELIVERABLES/b/u/pullipVerify all the operators set up the machine prior to the beginning and end of each shift./p/lilipRun the first perfect pieces, first evaluations for enrober machine for Caramel, WF and MC, moisture checks for pretzels (use moister meter)./p/lilipInform QA technicians when every machine and the line is ready for the first evaluation./p/lilipPerform the change overs, coach new employees, develop and implement new process in the production area./p/lilipVerifying that all personnel are fully trained and assigned to the corresponding areas and a support like specialist job duties as required./p/lilipSenior Operators will be expected to run all lines including Packaging, Wet and Kitchen/p/lilipSenior Operators are expected to be support to all Processing Operators/p/lilipExpected to have flexibility in schedule for purpose of shutdowns and restarts/p/lilipSenior Operators will ensure all areas of production run smoothly in case of an absent Supervisor/p/lilipEnsure all equipment is clean at the end of each shift, along with all surrounding areas/p/lilipDemonstrates the ability to advocate for Safety in the workplace/p/lilipAble to read and understand production schedule, reports, and materials requirements/p/lilipAble to step into all roles within Production department based on production needs/p/lilipAssure that all the procedures are followed for clean area in the company.
