liPortray a professional impression/li
liRepresent company with a positive, friendly attitude (both over the phone and in person) and possess a professional appearance/li
liOperate telephone system to answer and transfer incoming calls to appropriate destination/li
liReceive outside visitor and vendors/li
liCollect, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages/li
liProcess all invoices for Shipping Department/li
liAssist Business Group by providing administrative support as needed/li
liScan and file production and sales documentation/li
liMaintain all office supplies for office and manage replenishment orders as necessary/li
liManage Business Group calendar for sales staff, internal events, and outside sales and customer visits/li
liCoordinate and support internal corporate team events and activities/li
liProvide administrative support to the CEO, CFO, and executive staff as needed/li
liMaintain high degree of confidentiality in all matters/li
liMake all necessary arrangements for Board, Executive Staff, and customer meetings including hotel and dinner reservations, lunches, and hospitality/li
liPromote and practice workplace safety/li
liPerform additional duties as assigned/li

liHigh School Diploma or GED/li
liMinimum 3 years� experience answering phones for company/li
liExcellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills/li
liExcellent reasoning and decision-making skills/li
liGood math skills/li
liPhysically able to stand, bend, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly/li
