If you are looking to grow with a customer-focused company, then our Bilingual Retail Team Member opportunity could be your next best career move./ppustrongJOB RESPONSIBILITIES/strong/u/ppFor the Bilingual Retail Team Member opportunity, you will work on-site at our store location and fulfill the following job responsibilities:/pulliParticipate in a culture that focuses on "Safety First" amp; "Environmental Stewardship" and adheres to environmental, health, and safety standards/liliPerform all daily tasks with a positive attitude and a focus on the four core company values - Respect, Help, Learn amp; Grow/liliPrioritize the cleanliness and appearance of the facility and your work area/liliListen to and interact with customers to deliver friendly, helpful, and professional customer service/liliHelp customers use our digital kiosks or mobile devices to look up inventory/liliProcess cash amp; credit card transactions for customers at admissions amp; checkout/liliReceive and process car titles and other paperwork/liliRead, interpret, and enter data into our computer systems for accurate record keeping/liliProvide warranty information to customers/liliCommunicate sales promotions and upcoming events to customers/liliMeet personal and team performance goals/liliAbide by the Company Playbook, which includes all company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOP's)/liliComply with the company dress code policy/liliLearn new skills; assist your teammates; and complete other retail tasks as directed/li/ulpustrongQUALIFICATIONS/strong/u/ppThe ideal Bilingual Retail Team Member will possess the following qualifications:/pulliCommitment to delivering friendly, helpful, and professional customer service/liliExperience in a retail or customer service position/liliGood administrative amp; organizational skills (including cash management)/liliAbility to work in a face paced, team-oriented environment/liliGood computer skills with the ability to navigate mobile devices/liliAbility to multi-task/liliWilling and able to stand, walk, bend, lift 50lbs, and stretch as required by a specific task/liliMust work retail store hours including overtime, weekends, and some holidays/liliBe willing and able to work in an industrial environment (mainly indoors amp; some outdoors) with exposure to different weather conditions/liliReliable means of transportation to work/liliPreferred qualifications (but not required) include:/liliBasic knowledge of auto parts./liliAuto parts sales experience./liliBilingual in English and Spanish.
