assists the Store Manager in resolving escalated customer issues/liliHelps drive store performance by meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), using tools such as departmental scorecards to communicate progress and goals to the team/liliOversees store maintenance, ensuring the sales floor and back-of-house areas are organized, clean, and aligned with brand standards;
