We value stronghumility/strong and a strongteam approach/strong at every level of the company./pp#xa0;/ppIf you are a high performing individual who is passionate about winning and inspiring others then we are excited to discuss career opportunities with you./pstrongJob Description:/strongpWe are looking for an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic#xa0;strongBoxing Instructor#xa0;/strongto join the team in#xa0;strongWashington D.C./strong#xa0;This is a great position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization./pp#xa0;stronguJob responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:/u/strong/pulliInstruct, and demonstrate to members, the skills and practices of boxing./liliEstablish a client base through boxing demonstrations and one-on-one sessions with members./liliInitiate and maintain sales of boxing sessions and packages with members./liliCoordinate and schedule client sessions and keep records of schedule./liliPlan and execute skills training plans with clients./liliSet up and cleanup of session space and equipment used./liliConduct timely and professional communication with members, team members, and managers both in person and written (email)./liliMeet with Personal Training managers to discuss business./liliOptional attendance of Personal Training team meetings and coaching development workshops./li/ulstrongQualifications:/strongpstronguThe successful candidate must have the following skills and experience:/u/strong/pullistrongPreferred: /strongGroup Fitness or Personal Training Certification as well as experience in either boxing or personal training./liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills./liliPossess honesty and personal integrity./liliPossess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding the fitness industry./liliExcel in time management, organizational and follow-up skills./liliReliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly./li/ulpstrongPhysical Requirements/strong/pulliMust be able to perform all essential physical aspects of the position which may include standing, sitting, running, walking, jumping, squatting, bending, and reaching.
