This role requires integrity and dependability; this role handles extremely nbsp;sensitive information and an ethical disposition is mandatory. You must possess a high attention to detail and be nbsp;willing to adapt to ongoing regulation changes and updates.nbsp;/ppbr//ppnbsp;Performs criminal record searches via select databases and county court sites nbsp;• Sort and review criminal records to determine reportability while adhering to company and FCRA nbsp;reportability guidelines nbsp;• Analyze data appropriately while following strictly compliance procedures and quality standards nbsp;• Learn, process and retain complex information related to background screening nbsp;• Prepare accurate and grammatically correct reports summarizing the data collected from research nbsp;• Handle personal identifying information confidently and responsibly • Maintain daily performance level that meets or exceeds the establish goal for the department • Protect company, applicant and customer information in accordance with company policy and procedure • Other duties as assignednbsp;/ppRequirements/ppnbsp;High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred nbsp;• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills to build relationships nbsp;• Experience with researching public information on the web; ability to navigate between multiple windows • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment nbsp;• Experience working with sensitive data and keeping confidential information confidential nbsp;• Strong Computer Literacy amp; excellent systems knowledge nbsp;• Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel • Type a minimum of 30 WPM nbsp;• Positive attitude with a self-driven sense of urgencynbsp;/ppbr//ppMonday - Friday 7:30am-4:00pm/ppHourly rate: $18/hr/p
