Core Responsibilities & Duties

• : Preparing smoothies, wraps, sandwiches, and flatbreads according to recipes.
• : Taking accurate, friendly orders on the POS system and delivering "amazing" service.
• : Prepping ingredients, washing dishes, cleaning workstations, and taking out trash.
• : Restocking stations, refilling ice, and ensuring the café is clean. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Previous food service experience is desired but not always mandatory.
• Ability to Work Under Pressure: Ability to multitask and work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication & Teamwork: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with the team.
• Reliability: Dependable, with reliable transportation.
• Availability: Flexible hours, often including mornings, days, or evenings. 

Physical Requirements & Expectations

• Must be able to stand for long periods and handle the physical demands of a restaurant, such as lifting or bending.
• Focus on food safety guidelines and maintaining a clean, organized, "beach-like" environment.
• High energy and a positive attitude are essential.

• 16 years or older
