About the Role

Were looking for a Construction Accountant, Accounting Analyst, Property Accountant, or Real Estate Accountant with CRE experience, who is or would like to be on a path to CPA licensure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, reports, and general ledger accounts
• Prepare quarterly financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Support bank reconciliations and quarterly close processes
• Process invoices, deposits, and manage A/P and A/R activities
• Organize documentation for audits and tax reporting
• Track construction projects and related expenses
• Ensure deadlines are met and compliance with GAAP and tax standards
• Prepare 1099s and assist with tax return activities
• Collaborate on ad-hoc financial analysis and capital market transactions

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting (required)
• Eligible or actively pursuing CPA licensure

Required Skills

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to advance professionally
• Experience with QuickBooks (preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years relevant accounting experience preferred

Pay range and compensation package

Full-time, in-office role (40 hours/week)
