Performs tasks associated with activities of daily living including self-care needs. Performs routine assigned tasks and reports patients’ status and concerns to the RN./p pJob Requirements:/p div pEducation and Work Experience:/p ul liHigh School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred/li liBachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred/li /ul /div div pLicenses/Certifications:/p ul liCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification: Preferred/li liBasic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) Health Care Provider certification: Required/li liPhlebotomy Certification: Preferred/li liAudiometry and vision training or have a certificate from CHDP: Preferred/li /ul /div div pEssential Functions:/p ul liPerforms tasks associated with activities of daily living, including assisting with nutrition and hydration, elimination, personal care, positioning devices, restraints and restorative care./li liTakes vital signs including, pulse and blood pressure./li liHelps patients with their basic needs, i.e., bathing, dressing and feeding./li liPerforms routine assigned tasks and reports patients’ status and concerns to the RN./li liPerforms other job-related duties as assigned./li /ul /div div pOrganizational Requirements:/p pAdventist Health is committed to the safety and wellbeing of our associates and patients.
