Utilize mathematical formulas to calculate both nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements./p/lilipRead and comprehend electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals./p/lilipMaintain thorough knowledge of, practice, and promote safe working conditions in accordance with OSHA, EPA and other required regulations dealing with safe operation of all equipment./p/lilipInterface with a remote operations center to prevent failures, help design proactive notification to avoid failures and compliance/p/li/ulp/ppbWe’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:/b/pullipHigh school diploma/GED/p/lilip4#43; years#39; experience working on HVAC equipment, performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs/p/lilipPerform preventive maintenance and repairs of electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment. (chillers, AC’s, AH, pumps, dehumidifiers, Heater, Heat exchangers)/p/lilipElectrical Generating System Association technician or other various certifications are a plus but not required./p/lilipKnowledge using metering and instruments such as multi-meter’s, amp meters, and Hygrometers/p/lilipBased on the customer requirements, you may be required to obtain and maintain a TWIC card or valid DOT medical card, valid driver’s license/p/lilipAbility to move or lift objects, typically less than 75 lbs./p/li/ulp/ppWe recruit the best talent.
